This class is for all experience levels and body types, as there’s something to be learned for everyone. Movement, mantra, breathwork, and meditation are the tools we’ll use in this class.
What is Kundalini Yoga?
Kundalini Yoga is known for its ability to powerfully heal and deliver creative potential.
As opposed to other yogas that focus more on the body, Kundalini’s focus is on the nervous system. Your nervous system uses the five senses to see and interpret the world around you, so by stimulating the nervous system, you change how you see yourself and how you see the world—for the better.
Through Kundalini Yoga you gain greater self-awareness, improved nervous system regulation, and a deeper connection with yourself. Connecting individual consciousness with universal consciousness balances the mind, body, and spirit such that you can actualize your best self and experience yourself on a deeper level (and who doesn’t want to know themselves more deeply?).
Studies have also shown that practicing Kundalini Yoga can improve memory, cognitive function, self-esteem, and resilience.
