Being a warrior isn’t about what you do, it’s about who you are. You can read exactly what I mean about being a warrior here.

You want somebody with experience–coaching and life experience–who’s non-judgmental, listens empathically, and has walked in your shoes. I’ve served in the military, worked in a startup as a management consultant while embedded in a wide array of large and small-scale companies, worked for the federal government, and been an entrepreneur, a financial analyst, and a personal coach. I’ve worked with people I liked and many more that I didn’t. What sets me apart is having been there, exactly where you are.

Change doesn’t happen overnight. If you were starting an exercise program you wouldn’t expect to see physical results in a few weeks, and coaching is no different. My coaching contracts are for a minimum of 12 weeks, held weekly via phone, Zoom, or other.

I can try to describe what it might feel like to work with me, but reading the client testimonials would probably do a better job.

I want to continue serving in the best way I know how, and I can’t think of a more beautiful healing profession than to help people uncover and forge their true selves.

I say those are exactly the types of people who would benefit from coaching because they’re operating from a place of fear.
