Learn breathing techniques to regulate the nervous system. Some classes will include guided meditation but all will include breathwork. This class uses the breath to manage stress and anxiety. The modality we use is designed to break through layers of body armoring, inviting the release of mental, emotional and physical blockages right down to one’s emotional and physical core. Must be 18 or older.

Do not participate if you have any of the following :

  • heart conditions
  • mental illness
  • epilepsy or history of seizures
  • severe diabetes
  • asthma
  • pregnancy
  • in the first three days of menstrual cycle
  • are under the influence of drugs or alcohol
